Does Truckstop/ITS Financial Services obtain Intrastate authority for my state?

No. Intrastate authority is obtained by the customer within their state. ITSFS only obtains Federal MC and Federal DOT.

If I have a DOT, can Truckstop/ITS Financial obtain an MC?

No. We do not offer a package for the MC number only.

The Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) is a federally mandated program that replaces the Single State Registration System (SSRS). The UCR Act states that individuals or companies involved in interstate travel must pay an annual registration fee based on the total number of vehicles in their fleet. All carriers and brokers pay this fee annually.

When does the 2-month free trial of Load Board Pro start?

The 2-month free trial of Load Board Pro starts as soon as the customer calls Truckstop to verify that operating authority is active with the FMCSA. The trial does not start automatically.

What comes with the 2-month free trial of Load Board Pro, and will I receive training?

Each operating authority is outlined with what is included in the Truckstop Load Board Pro package. Training is available within the application, on Truckstop Community, or visiting by our website. You can also contact our Customer Support team at support@truckstop.com.
