The trucking and logistics industry runs on relationships. Who you know, and the reputation built over time, often plays a role in winning new lanes or shipper business. Showing up at industry events is one of the most reliable ways to keep those relationships strong.

The first half of 2026 brought big shows like Manifest, TCA, and MATS. The second half still has plenty worth planning around, especially if last year was a quiet one for travel. Below is the full 2026 calendar with the events still ahead refreshed for current dates, locations, and audiences.

Why attend trucking conferences in 2026

Industry events offer something remote work cannot: face-to-face time with the people who decide which loads, lanes, and partners move forward. Three benefits stand out.

Networking. Events bring together thousands of professionals in one place. The relationships built at trucking industry conferences often become some of the most valuable business assets a carrier or broker has.

Early read on what’s changing. Logistics events give early visibility into the technologies, tools, and rules shaping how freight moves. Topics in 2026 include identity verification, AI, double brokering, and changing compliance requirements. Hearing directly from operators and industry leaders helps you understand what’s gaining traction and what to prepare for next.

Hands-on look at solutions. Trade shows and expo halls allow you to see equipment, software, and services in person. You can compare options, ask questions, and often get show pricing that’s not available elsewhere.

Plan the rest of 2026 around the events that matter most

The second half of the year still has strong events on both the carrier and broker sides. Texas in July. Nashville in August. A cluster of supply chain, broker, and fleet executive events in September and October. Picking one or two based on actual business priorities beats trying to be at all of them.

For the time between events, the Truckstop Load Board keeps loads, broker payment history, and rate data in one place, so the work between conferences keeps moving. Booking and onboarding through a single platform also means less switching, less risk, and more time on the road.
