What’s included with your account

The extension brings your most-used brokerage tools into the browser, so the work keeps moving without a trip back to the platform.

• Quick Load Post and Standard Load Post give you two ways to post a load. Use Quick when you need speed, or the standard form when you need the full set of fields. Posting well-built loads is one of the ways brokers attract the right carriers to quality loads.
• Market Conditions shows live freight market trends right away, so pricing decisions are based on what the market is doing today, not a guess.
• Load Manager lets you handle posted loads without leaving the page you’re on.
• Industry Alerts brings phishing, fraud, and ID theft warnings into the extension, so threats reach you without a separate search.

Meet Ask Pat

Some questions need a quick answer, not a click through five screens. That’s where Ask Pat, the AI co-pilot built into Broker Assistant, comes in. It sits inside the workflow you already use. Type what you need in plain English, and Pat handles the rest.

Say “Post a van load from Dallas to Chicago at $2,850,” and Quick Load Post opens with the fields already filled in. Say “Find carriers near Atlanta,” and the search runs. Paste an MC number, and the risk analysis pulls up.

Pat also answers Truckstop questions in plain English, with a Detailed mode for fuller responses.
