Lisa has worked in a variety of industries helping to drive business outcomes through an educational lens. Lisa began her career working in higher education in undergraduate admissions, and then joined a SaaS education/tech company where she led her customer success team through rapid growth and expansion while driving customer evangelism and product adoption. Most recently, Lisa built a customer experience training program at Amazon for Alexa Data Services and led an early-in-career development program for AWS Professional Services.
