Ron Storn comes to Truckstop with more than 20 years of experience leading recruiting and human resources teams at Fortune 500 companies, including Facebook, Google, and Lyft, where he empowered company leaders and team members to achieve Lyft’s mission to improve people’s lives with the world’s best transportation.

As a culture leader, he worked to help Lyft’s founder-led culture keep pace with the company’s fast growth by championing values that helped foster a differentiated and inspiring work environment. He also led the design and implementation of Lyft’s HR infrastructure, including data-driven engagement and inclusion programming, performance assessment, and continuous feedback.

Following Lyft, Ron was the chief people officer at Zume, Inc., a hypergrowth startup disrupting the food delivery, automation, and logistics space.

Ron enjoys leading, strategizing, and fostering teams wherever he works, and can be heard  on podcasts, webinars, and conferences, sharing his wisdom and vast learnings about the future of work as well as HR hot topics such as culture, growth, and inclusion.
