Truckstop Updates and Offers Program Mobile Terms and Conditions

Please read these Mobile Terms and Conditions (the “Truckstop Updates and Offers Program Mobile Terms”) carefully as they apply to the Truckstop Updates and Offers Program (the “Program”). By enrolling or otherwise agreeing to receive text messages from or on behalf of Truckstop or by otherwise providing your phone number to Truckstop, you agree to these Truckstop Updates and Offers Program Mobile Terms, as well as Truckstop’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and can be viewed at the links provided here, or at Truckstop.com. Within Truckstop’s Terms and Conditions you will find Truckstop’s general SMS Terms and Conditions which apply to this Program. For purposes of these Truckstop Updates and Offers Program Mobile Terms, “Truckstop”, the “Company”, “we”, or “us” shall mean Internet Truckstop Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and its subsidiaries and affiliates.

Opting into Text Messages.

Truckstop can send important communications to you via text message through a Truckstop text program. By enrolling into this Program, you expressly consent to receive recurring text alerts that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, by or on behalf of Truckstop, at the cell phone number you provide us. By voluntarily providing your cell phone number to Truckstop, you consent to receive transactional, operational, or informational text messages at that phone number, including but not limited to account notifications, promotional offers, alerts, and surveys. Please note we may not be able to deliver messages to all mobile carriers. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any products or services, and you understand and agree that all text messages may be sent using automated technology.

To opt into the Truckstop text program, fill out the Truckstop SMS opt-in form. Message frequency will vary.  Message and data rates may apply.

T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out and Get Help.

To stop receiving text messages from Truckstop as part of this Program, you agree to reply STOP to 40232. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation text.

Truckstop may have multiple text programs active at one time. You must opt out of each text program individually using the above instructions. If you need further assistance, text HELP to 40232 or contact Truckstop support service at [email protected]. In all cases, consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any products or services.

Cost.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from or on behalf of Truckstop and messages you send to us. Please contact your wireless provider if you have any questions about your text or data plan.

Eligibility and Change in Phone Number.

By opting into this Program or by otherwise providing your cell phone number to Truckstop, you warrant that you are 13 years of age or older. You further warrant that you are the current subscriber or authorized user of the phone number you have provided. You agree that you will not initiate text messages to the mobile phone of any other person or entity without authorization. If you change, forfeit, or deactivate the phone number you have provided to Truckstop, you agree to notify Truckstop immediately. Failure to do so constitutes a material breach of these Truckstop Updates and Offers Program Mobile Terms and Truckstop’s Terms and Conditions. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to the Truckstop Updates and Offers Program Mobile Terms.

These Truckstop Updates and Offers Program Mobile Terms may be updated by Truckstop at any time without prior notice. Any such update shall take effect when it is posted to Truckstop’s website at https://truckstop.com/terms-conditions. By continuing to be enrolled in this Program or by providing your cell phone number for transactional, operational, or informational text messages, you agree to any changes.
