Ron Storn comes to Truckstop with more than 20 years’ experience leading recruiting and human resources teams at Fortune 500 companies, bringing vast wisdom and learnings to help shape the future of work, culture, growth, and inclusion to Truckstop.

Before Truckstop, Ron held leadership positions at Facebook, Google, Lyft, and Zume. As a culture leader at Lyft, he helped foster a differentiated and inspiring work environment and led the design and implementation of Lyft’s HR infrastructure, including data-driven engagement and inclusion programming, performance assessment, and continuous feedback.
