Lynsey Pickenpaugh oversees legal strategy at Truckstop and serves as Corporate Secretary, advising the executive team and Board on corporate governance, regulatory matters, and risk management. She works across the business, and her work lets Truckstop move quickly while managing risk as the company scales.

Lynsey partners with Product, Engineering, and Operations on Truckstop’s technology and data initiatives, including privacy, data protection, and AI governance. She works to keep legal requirements aligned with product development rather than trailing behind it.

Before Truckstop, she held in-house roles at high-growth technology companies, where she supported international expansion and built the legal infrastructure needed to scale globally. That experience with rapid growth and cross-border complexity shapes her approach to legal and governance strategy at Truckstop today.
