Charles Denninger is the Head of Engineering at Truckstop, where he leads the company’s technology organization across Engineering, DevOps, InfoSec, and Enterprise IT. A transformational leader with more than 20 years of experience, Charles is known for aligning engineering execution with business outcomes and cultivating high-performance teams that deliver with speed and consistency.

Prior to Truckstop, Charles served as Senior Director of Engineering at Nomad Health, a leading healthcare staffing marketplace, where he spearheaded the launch of the Allied Health vertical and scaled the engineering organization several times over. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade at Salesforce delivering cloud and mobile CRM solutions. He brings deep technical fluency across modern SaaS, cloud, and AI stacks with a servant-leadership approach that consistently improves delivery speed, product quality, and operational efficiency.
