Jacky Zhao is a freight technology leader with more than 17 years of experience spanning logistics, data science, and AI-driven platforms. He is known for translating complex data into practical intelligence and leading innovation that enables smarter decisions and durable competitive advantage.

At Truckstop.com, Jacky leads AI strategy, data intelligence, and platform interoperability, powering next-generation freight solutions. He previously led Truckstop’s Data Science organization, and earlier in his career developed large-scale pricing and predictive matching systems at Coyote Logistics. He has also held roles at Accenture and Samsung, where he worked on enterprise initiatives that shaped his systems-oriented approach to problem solving. More recently, he served as Head of Data at Denim, helping scale the company through AI-driven workflow automation prior to its acquisition by Truckstop.
