Promotions
This page lists current Truckstop promotions. Each one states who it is for, what you get, what you must do to get it, and when it is available. All promotions are subject to approval and to the terms below.
Terms for all promotions
These terms are part of the Truckstop Terms and Conditions at truckstop.com/terms-conditions or, if you have signed a written agreement with Truckstop for the product, that agreement (“Your Terms”), and control over Your Terms only as to the promotion. Truckstop decides who qualifies and may disqualify anyone who gives false information or misuses a promotion. Limit one promotion per customer, including its owners and affiliates. A customer that qualifies for more than one promotion receives only the promotion it selects at sign-up. Promotions cannot be combined with each other or with any other offer, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value unless stated. Promotions run from 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time on the first date stated through 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on the last date stated, and benefits continue as stated in the offer. Truckstop may end or change a promotion at any time, but not for customers who have already signed up, during the period stated at sign-up. Your Terms otherwise apply, including standard rates when a promotion ends. Promotions are valid only as described on this page, are subject to approval, are available only in the United States, are void where prohibited by law, and errors may be corrected. You are responsible for any taxes.
Factoring
Factoring promotions are provided by the Truckstop Financial affiliate named in your factoring agreement (“we”), generally Internet Truckstop Payments, LLC or Busbot Incorporated.
Who it’s for. Carriers that sign their first factoring agreement with Truckstop or its affiliates. Not available to carriers that currently have, or within the past 12 months had, a factoring agreement with Truckstop or its affiliates, or whose FMCSA operating authority was transferred, reinstated, or reissued to a related party.
Factoring rate. Subject to underwriting approval and execution of a factoring agreement during the dates stated below, the Factor Fee is 2.99% (introductory rate) on invoices funded from the date of your first funded invoice through the last day of the following calendar month, or the regular Factor Fee if lower. Example: a first invoice funded on November 15 results in the rate applying through December 31. The introductory rate stops upon an event of default, suspension of portal access, or termination of the agreement, and afterward the fee in the Factoring Agreement Summary applies. All other fees and terms of the factoring agreement continue to apply, and this promotion does not obligate us to purchase or fund any invoice.
Funding credit. If you qualify for the factoring rate, have your first invoice funded within 30 days after approval of your factoring application, and have at least four invoices funded within the 30 days beginning on the date of that first funded invoice, we will deposit $250 into your Denim Cash account after each condition is met, subject to the terms governing that account.
