Your factoring experience is migrating to a new platform built for speed, visibility, and control.

We’re bringing you an even better way to get paid.

Truckstop has acquired Denim to deliver a faster, more flexible way to manage cash flow and reduce administrative burdens that eat up valuable time and resources.

We are beginning the process of migrating all factoring customers to the Denim platform. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and seamless transition for you.

Why am I migrating to Denim by Truckstop?

Denim is a modern factoring platform purpose-built for the transportation industry. It gives you faster payments, more flexibility, and smarter tools to help you run your business with less manual work.

With Denim by Truckstop, expect:

  • Faster payments, including Express Pay that pays you in minutes, even after hours and weekends.
  • Easy job submission by email or through the Denim platform.
  • Time-saving automation for hassle-free back-office workflows for AP/AR.
  • Full visibility into your payments and financial outlook.
  • Built-in collections that reduce administrative headaches.

How will the migration work?

  • Prior to Migration:

You’ll receive emails from Truckstop informing you of the date of your migration.

  • Migration:

The day of your migration, you’ll receive an email to reset your password on the Denim platform.

  • Log in:

Using your new password and email address, log in to your new factoring experience. Your new account will display Denim branding, logo, and colors. While the look is different, you can count on the same trusted Truckstop support—now on a faster, more advanced platform

  • View pending jobs in Denim:

You’ll no longer access your Truckstop account. All pending submissions will be automatically moved to Denim, and your historical jobs will be available within one month of migration.

That’s it! No additional work for you, just a new, faster factoring experience.

In Denim, a Job = a Load or an invoice factor.

Yes. After you email documents:

  • The system runs an initial review.
  • You’ll get an email to confirm extracted data.
  • Once you correct or confirm, the job is submitted.

If there are errors after a job is approved, you now have a 15-day cure window to fix them (no re-factors).

  • Payments batches are processed at 11:45 AM and 5:15 PM EST.
  • Jobs that pass Denim’s risk and processing reviews can be accepted up to these times and sent for funding.
  • Jobs that are flagged for review will be evaluated within 3 business hours of submission and upon approval will go into the next payment batch.
  • Express Factoring payments are typically approved and funded within minutes.

In Denim, factorability checks happen automatically when you add a broker as a customer.

Steps:

  1. Go to Customers in the Denim portal.
  2. Click Add Customer and enter their Name, MC or DOT Number.
  3. If you find the broker already in the system you are all set. If you cannot, fill out the form for the Denim team to find and review their credit, and you will get a response typically same day.
  4. You’ll get an email when the customer is approved or if more info is needed.

After approval, the broker’s credit limit and factorability status appear in the portal under Customer Details → Credit Summary. Learn more about setting up new customers

  • ACH: Standard, released daily at 11:45 AM and 5:15 PM EST for approved jobs

  • ACH: Within one business day after approval and are processed in batches at 11:45 AM and 5:15 PM EST each business day.
  • Express Factoring: Within minutes of approval.
  • See Payment Cut-Off Times for details.

Express Factoring speeds up funding so most jobs are paid within five minutes of approval.

  • Standard eligibility checks still apply.
  • A small per-job fee applies

Think of Denim Cash as your wallet inside the Denim platform. This fund pays for Express Factoring fees, dispute chargebacks, and shortpays.

A negative balance can happen if:

  • There’s a partial payment on a job (e.g., the shipper or broker pays $800 of a $1,000 invoice; the $200 difference shows as a negative balance).
  • There are chargebacks or other account adjustments.

Negative balances are automatically applied to future invoices.

Debtors will receive invoices and communications from Denim by Truckstop. The format may look slightly different, but:

  • Payments still go to Truckstop
  • Terms remain the same
  • No different action is needed by debtors (brokers)
All pending and approved jobs will migrate into your Denim account on your migration date.
  • Check the Chargeback Report in your portal for reasons/status.
  • If a debtor pays later, funds appear as an overage in Denim Cash.
  • Disputes can be raised with support by providing rate cons, PODs, etc.
