Getting Started with Truckstop Pro
Congrats, you are now a Truckstop Pro member! Time to become a Truckstop Pro user – you’ve taken a big step towards finding better loads, lanes, and rates. In this first email, we’d like to give you a quick rundown of all the searching and posting capabilities available to you on Truckstop Pro, including Map Search and Multi-Trip. Check out the video for a quick training on Pro searching and posting!
After logging on, begin your post by clicking “posting” then “trucks.” There are multiple ways to post trucks, however in this training you will use “New Post.”
Once the pop-up window appears add the origin information. Destination information is not required to be entered if there is no preference. Enter the trailer type. The remainder of the fields are all optional. If this posting will be used often it can be added to favorite postings. By clicking the daily box the truck will be posted for 90 days. Special information on the truck can be added to the posting, just remember phone numbers and email addresses can’t be added for security purposes. Click “post and close.”
Your truck has been posted on Truckstop.com!
After logged on, begin your search by clicking “searching” then “loads.” There are multiple ways to search for loads, however in the training you will use “New Search.”
Once the pop-up window appears add the origin information. An option that is available within searching for a load is the multi-state selector. Click in the check box to open the pop-up. You can add multiple states, regions or areas to your search. The destination information can be left blank, filled in, or used with the multi-state selector. Enter the trailer type. There are additional fields that are option to make the search more specific. You can choose to have a notification sound play when new loads are posted that meet the search criteria. If this is a search that will be used often it can be added to favorite searches. Click “Add and Close.”
Search results will be populated. To see more information on the loads click on the line. This will open the load details page.
